Information Rivora handles
Rivora may store account and organization details; directory information such as sites, locations, equipment, parts, and contacts; work information such as assignments, notes, time, mileage, and status; and files or field evidence such as photos and documents.
How the information is used
We use this information to provide Rivora’s features, keep organizational records available to authorized users, support and secure the service, resolve problems, and improve product reliability and usability.
Product improvement data
If an organization enables product-improvement sharing, Rivora may collect general usage events and performance information. This is intended to show how the product is used and where it creates value. Rivora does not use third-party advertising analytics, and Gleanry does not sell personal information.
Organizational controls
Organizations control membership, roles, and access to their Rivora workspace. Some actions are limited to authorized administrators. Evidence and work records may remain visible to the organization even when an individual’s access changes.
Retention and security
Information is retained as needed to provide the service, preserve business records, meet legal obligations, and protect the integrity of the product. We use technical and administrative safeguards designed to protect stored information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask your organization’s administrator about access or correction of organization-managed information. Questions about product-improvement sharing, account information, or deletion requests may be sent to Gleanry.
